As programme manager, Marcela is responsible for the delivery of the Velocity Growth Hub which supports growth businesses across the South East Midlands with information, advice and guidance from experienced business advisers, a business development grant and a series of workshops on topical issues for growth businesses.
Marcela is the accountable compliance lead for the ERDF Project, responsible for monitoring and providing management information for the projects, document control, recording and collating evidence of compliance, procurement, outputs, training of staff and partners on project induction and CRM.
