The Business Response programme is designed to help SME owner-managers to understand and process the challenges they are facing with COVID-19.
Experts from Cranfield University’s School of Management, with advisers from SEMLEP’s Growth Hub, will support you to update your business strategy and adapt to the current climate. You will receive business counselling, as well as access to the programme’s peer to peer network, to get your businesses ready for bounce back, and re-growth.
The six-month programme is delivered in three phases:
Immediate support and advice to help SMEs survive. What are the key priorities to focus on right now and how do you lead your team through this crisis?
Regaining control of the business direction. Learning new skills to stabilise the day-to-day operations in the new conditions and analyse which is the best scenario going forward.
Embracing the new normal and learning to adapt the business strategy. How to bounce forward and develop the business in the new environment.
This programme is connected to the Growth Curve project (part funded through ERDF) led by SEMLEP’s Growth Hub, delivered in partnership with the University of Bedfordshire, Cranfield University and the University of Northampton.
