Unlocking the potential of Northamptonshire’s tourism industry

As national awareness of the region grows, so do the opportunities for its businesses. Discover Northamptonshire Business Support has been created to support Northamptonshire’s tourism network and unlock its potential.

Over three months, members will receive expert support from some of the region’s biggest businesses, via workshops and direct one-to-one support from the Growth Hub Business Adviser team.

At the end of the programme, you’ll be equipped with the tools and knowledge to maximise your business, attract more customers, and drive revenues.

The Business Support will be delivered via four workshops:

Niche Marketing Strategies

  • Identify your USPs, and how to target your specific market segments
  • Hear from niche tourism businesses that have seen success

  • Discover insights into emerging trends impacting the tourism sector, and how they’re impacting your business
  • Learn the strategies for adapting to changing consumer behaviours and what you can do to combat these

Futureproofing Your Tourism Business

  • Uncover the strategies for sustainability and resilience
  • How you can diversify income streams and build long-term growth plans

Enhancing Visibility and Digital Presence

  • Learn how to use social media, search engine optimisation, and digital advertising effectively to reach your audience
  • Learn how you can discover and leverage online platforms to attract more visitors to your business
  • How to use digital solutions to create a better offer for your customers

You’ll also receive a tailored consultation with a Growth Hub Business Adviser who can support you in tackling specific challenges your business is facing.
