InspireHER Growth Accelerator

Presenting a new growth accelerator programme; designed to provide strategic, financial and operational support for female entrepreneurs across West Northamptonshire.

The InspireHER Growth Accelerator programme invites female entrepreneurs to embark on a five-month accelerator to implement a successful growth strategy.

Delivered through a combination of workshops, 1:1 business support, mentoring, and peer-to-peer networking, the Growth Accelerator will position participants to meet the challenges of scaling and achieve sustained business success.

The InspireHER Growth Accelerator is open to:

Female-owned businesses
Based in West Northamptonshire Council area
Businesses achieving a minimum annual turnover of £200,000
Businesses with at least one employee

Register interest

Successful applicants will join 9 other female entrepreneurs to form a cohort. Your cohort will support you throughout the programme by providing advice and guidance, whilst building valuable business connections.

The programme will be shaped around 5 Strategic Growth workshops, which address the fundamental challenges female entrepreneurs face when growing a business. These workshops will be delivered by female business support specialist, Lucienne Coaching, and other industry leaders.

You’ll be paired with a dedicated Business Adviser, who’ll provide personalised guidance throughout the programme.

Finally, the programme will be led by Growth Hub Manager, Ruth Roan, whose own experience successfully starting and growing Building Business Consultants will enable her to guide and support female entrepreneurs throughout the programme.
