InspireHER Growth Accelerator returns for a second cohort. Delivering first-class business training and advice to female entrepreneurs across West Northants.
Starting in January 2026, this 12-week accelerator is designed by female leaders, exclusively for female entrepreneurs, to drive business growth in female led businesses.
Through dynamic workshops, personalised 1:1 business support, mentoring, and vibrant peer-to-peer networking, you’ll gain the tools, skills and confidence to accelerate growth in your business.
You’ll take a deep dive into six key pillars of business success: Strengths Coaching, HR, Marketing, Paid Ads, Pitching & Investor readiness, Scaling & Exiting, learning how getting them right will drive business growth.
You’ll be supported throughout the programme by a proven industry leader whose experience has seen them establish their own successful business right here in Northamptonshire.
Share your journey with inspiring female entrepreneurs and support each other with ideas, challenges and ambitions.
Once you’ve completed the programme, the South Midlands Growth Hub, alongside our partners, will continue to provide support to each business that takes part.

The application deadline to join the InspireHER Growth Accelerator programme closes on Wednesday 17th December 2025. Successful applicants will be announced on Monday 22nd December 2025.
Successful applicants will join nine other female entrepreneurs to form a cohort. Your cohort will support you throughout the programme by providing advice and guidance, whilst building valuable business connections.
