Brighter Futures supports people who are experiencing poverty and social injustices to break down limiting beliefs, build confidence, identify personal strengths and unlock their potential through training, mentoring and work experience.
Delivered by Diverse FM Community Media & Training, the project offers a comprehensive programme aimed at supporting the participants back into work or training. The programme includes:
Alongside this, during their final week, participants will be offered work experience and volunteering opportunities. As a result, improving their skills, confidence and removing barriers to employment.
