This programme was created to support Northamptonshire’s tourism network and unlock its potential.

Over three months, participants received expert support from the region’s biggest businesses, via workshops and direct one-to-one support from the Growth Hub Business Adviser team.

At the end of the programme, participants were equipped with the tools and knowledge to maximise their business, attract more customers, and drive revenues.

This new growth accelerator programme was created to provide strategic, financial and operational support for female entrepreneurs across West Northamptonshire.

The programme invited female entrepreneurs to embark on a five-month accelerator to implement a successful growth strategy.

Delivered through a combination of workshops, 1:1 business support, mentoring, and peer-to-peer networking, the Growth Accelerator enabled participants to meet the challenges of scaling and achieve sustained business success.

In the past 12 months, over 90% of our events have been delivered alongside partners. This collaboration has enabled partners to increase their reach and get infront of more customers.
