The South Midlands Capital Growth Grant has been created to help South Midlands businesses invest in innovation, adopt new technologies and unlock new opportunities.
The South Midlands Growth Hub are inviting Expressions of Interest for projects that will create new products and/or services, reduce carbon emissions and help companies safeguard and create jobs. The South Midlands Capital Growth grant is match-funded, covering a maximum of 50% of the total price of the project.
Between £5,000 & £25,000 is available to eligible businesses in the South Midlands that are ready to accelerate their growth.
To find out if your business is eligible for a grant, please complete an Expression of Interest.
If your Expression of Interest is successful, you’ll be invited to submit a full application.
We’ve created a number of resources to support your EOI submission and help you best present your project. The FAQs can help with any immediate questions you have. The pre-recorded webinars run through the Expression of Interest, what to include and how to complete it. The Question & Answer sessions are an open invitation to ask a Business Adviser anything about the grants. The Guidance notes & Evaluation Criteria explain in detail how the grant works, including eligibility criteria and what the grant can be used for.
The Capital Growth Grant is a competitive programme. Only 22% of applications were awarded grants in round one.
We highly recommend utilising the resources available before you submit your EOI. Evidence shows that those businesses that use the resources increase their chances of being awarded a grant.
